Deciding what school (public, private, or home school) has been a very hard choice to make, but as long as we are very involved in the classroom and at home, and spend lot's of time praying as a family for those challenges that are bound to arise, we feel this is the best fit for right now. Ask me again for the scary middle school and high school years, and who knows where Ryan will be. :)
I'm glad we have a summer of playing, laughing and snuggling before Ryan starts school. These last 5 1/2 years have gone by way too fast!New picture here. :)

Brooke could not have been happier today to see her class and meet the teacher (though it's the same teacher as Ben and she's met her before). When we went into the class, Ben said "Mom, look at how little the chairs are...They weren't that little when I was here". Now that he's a "big" 2nd grader, those kindergarteners are babies. :) I'm glad there is still 6 months to go!! :)
What a great picture of the two school boys together! Ryan will enter kindergarten at the big kid school and Tyler will get to go to Teacher Loekie. Oh my, I still remember watching you go to kindergarten and then driving to school to make sure you got off the bus with your strawberry blonde hair and irresistible freckles! Many hugs and kisses to the school boys.
